Day Month Year · 2026-09-15
Day Month Year reads and edits your system calendars. The app has no separate account, advertising, analytics, or tracking tools. The developer does not receive your calendar data.
Calendar and Reminders
Calendar access is used to display, create, and change events in the calendars you choose. Optional Reminders access is used when you connect a list for undated plans. Approximate timing and your original wording may be stored in event titles and notes.
Text on your device
Settings, unsaved text, imported source text, and local ideas are stored in the app’s storage on your device and may be included in device backups. Saved calendar events are read from the system. Exporting text creates a file at the location you choose.
Syncing and sharing
Apple and your calendar providers handle syncing under their own terms. Events, titles, and notes in a shared calendar are visible to others with access. The same applies to shared Reminders lists. Day Month Year does not operate a syncing server.
Your choices
You can revoke Calendar and Reminders access in system settings. Without Calendar access, the app displays no events. Deleting an event changes the underlying calendar and may affect others using a shared calendar. Removing the app does not delete your system calendars. Exported files and backups are managed separately.
Support and external links
When you contact support or open an external link, information you choose to send is handled by your email or web service. Avoid including private calendar details unless needed for your question.
